Personal Bio:Hilary Plantenberg is a highly experienced, licensed practitioner. She has experience treating professional athletes, patients with low back pain, piriformis syndrome, sciatica, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain, infertility, common cold, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and much more. Hilary found her specialty in low back pain and sciatica by witnessing her patients experience dramatic relief and increased range of motion with Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She states, "for most of my patients, Acupuncture has been a replacement for opioids and muscle relaxers. My patients are thrilled when they discover Acupuncture as their natural solution for back pain." Hilary utilizes specialized treatments based on main symptoms and whole body constitution. She is assessment-driven, patient-centered and enthusiastic about helping her clients thrive, by putting into practice a holistic life of healing, health and wellness.

Hilary's lifelong commitment to fitness started at age 8 with a 1st place win in a "fun run." She continued to State in HS Pole Vault & qualified for Nationals in USA Track & Field. Hobbies include volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, wake surfing and making kombucha.

Andrea is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in fertility and women's health. She treats a variety of conditions including infertility, PCOS, hormone imbalance, anxiety, depression, musculoskeletal pain, PMS, painful periods and endometriosis. Her approach integrates traditional Chinese medicine with modern techniques to support her clients on their journey to balance and well-being. 

​Andrea graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2015 with her master's degree in acupuncture. She is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.​

​Throughout her career, Andrea has treated a diverse range of patients, with a particular passion for addressing infertility and women's health issues. She uses acupuncture, cupping, lifestyle advice, herbs and supplement recommendations to provide personalized care and support to her clients. Her holistic approach and commitment to individualized treatment plans set her apart in the field of acupuncture.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two dogs. She enjoys live music and trips up north to see family and friends.
