Hilary Plantenberg is a licensed acupuncturist with extensive clinical experience treating a wide range of health concerns. With more than 10 years of clinical experience, Hilary has focused her advanced training and expertise on low back pain and sciatica/piriformis syndrome, fertility and women’s health, male infertility, and natural facial rejuvenation.
Hilary discovered her passion for treating low back pain, sciatica, and musculoskeletal conditions after seeing firsthand the dramatic improvements her patients experienced with acupuncture—including reduced pain and increased range of motion. 🏃 She is passionate about helping patients find natural approaches to pain relief and says, “My patients are thrilled when they discover acupuncture as a natural solution for back pain.”
🌺 She also has specialty in fertility and reproductive health, providing individualized acupuncture care for female infertility, PCOS, painful periods, hormonal concerns, perimenopause, and menopause, as well as male infertility. Her approach considers both the primary concern and the individual’s overall health and constitution.
Hilary’s expertise also extends to facial acupuncture and natural facial rejuvenation, incorporating facial acupuncture, Gua Sha, facial cupping, microneedling, and nanoneedling to support healthy, radiant-looking skin. ✨
Her clinical background includes working with professional athletes and patients recovering from spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and stroke, as well as treating acute and chronic pain, rotator cuff injury, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, knee pain, hip pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, allergies, digestive concerns, and many other conditions.

Hilary's lifelong commitment to health and fitness began at age 8 when she won first place in a local fun run. She went on to compete in high school pole vaulting at the state level and qualified for USA Track & Field Nationals. Outside the clinic, she enjoys gardening, wake surfing, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and being in nature with her husband and daughter. 💚

Linda Chang is passionate about helping her patients feel their best and reach their health goals through personalized, compassionate acupuncture care. She believes every patient is unique and takes a holistic approach to creating individualized treatment plans that support healing, balance, and long-term wellness. 💚
🌿 Clinical Specialties. Linda's clinical experience has focused primarily on body pain, muscle tension, and musculoskeletal conditions. She is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel more comfortable in their everyday lives.
She also has a growing passion for women's health, providing individualized acupuncture care to support women's unique health and wellness needs. Her treatments combine traditional Chinese medicine with a personalized approach based on each patient's symptoms, constitution, and health goals.

Linda loves exploring the outdoors, collecting Pokémon cards, watching anime and Asian dramas, and spending time with her husband. She and her husband especially enjoy exploring Minnesota's North Shore, making a point to discover something new on every trip. 🌲🏞️
Linda recently discovered a new passion for gardening! This year, she's been growing eggplant, cilantro, and Thai chili peppers—ingredients she uses to make a delicious eggplant sauce that pairs perfectly with rice and grilled meat. 🌱🍆🌶️
And if you ask Linda, she would happily drink boba tea every single day! 🧋
One of her lifelong goals? Maintaining her official title as the favorite aunt among her nieces and nephews. 💕👩👧👦
